Going Berzerkely

We just had to pull Aurelia out of school Friday to drive up and up into the hills of Berkeley so we could see the Animal Grossology exhibit at the Lawrence Hall of Science before it closed (on Sunday). What a perfect day to go. The sun was shining, the roads were clear, and the Hall was pretty empty. We certainly got to explore to our hearts' contents. While there we got to:

1. Ride on a whale's back.

2. Crawl through some DNA.

3. Throw balls.

4. Look in a giant "spoon."

5. See ourselves a thousand times over.

6. Play in the mud.

7. Create a flood.

8. Overlook the bay.

9. Sleep around.

10. Rest on a fault.

11. Say "I love you."

12. Be frozen in time. (Sarah)

(Jason)

(Aurelia)

(Ezra)

(all five of us)

We also got to walk like geckos, beat an air drum, watch the earth change, slide down an eel's body and be pooped out, "watch" food travel through a cow (and hear him fart), help a cat vomit a hairball, eat lunch, play with puzzles, puppets and game shows. There was so much to do. I can't wait to go back and do it all again!
